Mjölnir Router 1.0

Reads intent into a typed action

Mjölnir Router is a pre-flight check with no model in the trust path: it reads natural language (or a typed action) into a closed verb dialect, selects a registered fragment, and returns a tri-state disposition — ROUTE (ALLOW) or a named ASK. Unknown verb, missing fact, unregistered fragment or an ambiguous plan each become a named ASK that spells out exactly what is missing, with a hash-identified receipt.
